After a busy couple of weeks filled with office moves and welcoming new team members for Frogspark, Tuesday 20th March saw us host our official office launch party. Our new digital marketing executive Mutsa definitely didn’t get an easy start at Frogspark – with planning the office launch party at the top of her to-do list! We wanted to host the party to welcome our clients and neighbours into our new office in Darley Abbey Mills, and give everyone the chance to meet the new Frogsparkles (as well as to show off our new ‘vibey’ hanging plants). So if you couldn’t make it, this post will tell you all you need to know. But of course, you’re welcome to pop in to see us when you get the chance!
The digi team at Frogspark all pulled together on Tuesday afternoon to get the office ready for the party. Lucy and Mutsa had done (what looked like) a weekly shop, with an array of party snacks and various drinks for our guests – so we hope that nobody went hungry. They also both attempted to finish off the repotting of our office plants but that didn’t go so well…. But luckily avid gardener Ryan was on hand to help out! We also had the Frogspark photobooth to set up, did you all get your selfies?
In true Frogspark style, our event wouldn’t be complete without the beers on hand. We thought it would be great to work with one of our neighbours, Derventio Brewery, who are based just across from us. The Frogspark team had undertaken a full tasting session of Derventio’s craft ales so that we could choose the best ales for our guests (something we all enjoyed), with Cleopatra being a firm favourite – which was yours?
So the office was ready, the beers were ready to drink and the cake was ready to be eaten, so all that was left was the guests to arrive… As always, Rob and Liam were anxiously awaiting the arrivals, but we couldn’t be happier with the turnout! It was great to see so much support from our clients, friends and fellow Darley Abbey members! As well as the lovely compliments we received on the night, the support we received on social media made us really proud of our Frogspark team and the relationships we have built up. So from everyone here at Frogspark, we would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who attended on Tuesday – and we hope to see you all very soon!
