Branding and integrated websitefor new letting agency
Bournes is a new letting agency who focuses on high end and high value lettings. They provide a fantastic property management service both for landlords and tenants, helping both in a professional and personal way. They wanted us to create them a new brand, website and functioning property feed to showcase their business and values.
We created a WordPress website and brand that was unique and fun to reflect the personality of Bournes’s MD Michelle. With that in mind we went for bright colours and striking visuals paired with an overall uniformed and clean look. We worked closely with Bournes to create the logo, fonts, colour palettes and style direction.
To ensure the website was as up-to-date as possible it was an important feature that the website incorporated a Rightmove property feed. The website showcases 1000s of properties that are fed from Rightmove and updated on the fly.
Bournes are incredibly happy with their new branding and website. We fully met their goals and gave them an amazing new website to showcase the properties they look after.
