Frogspark Event – Grow Through Digital #1 Recap

Yesterday saw team Frogspark host our second event ‘Grow Through Digital’, based at the Gaslight in Derby. Despite having held one only a couple of months ago, Rob and Liam were just as nervous (if not a little more) than they were at our first event. This event was based on growing businesses through digital and really making the most of the new opportunities that the digital age presents. We were also joined by founder of Status Social – Mark Saxby, to share his knowledge and experience on how to grow your business digitally. If you couldn’t attend the event, this post will give you the highlights.

The event began with the chance to network, with 40 people in attendance there was plenty of people to meet and talk to. Everybody was in good spirit with a drink in hand whilst Rob, Liam and Mark set to finalising their presentations. Once they had prepared themselves, Mark sounded his loved triangle to signal for everybody to gather around the presentations.

First to present was our very own Rob & Liam, with all the latest information about the SEO world. Covering topics like AMP pages, SSL certificates & reviews. Whilst they captivated the audience’s attention with the latest tips, tricks and news for SEO; Ryan was busy taking photo’s to be used on this very blog! Once they had covered everything, some great questions were asked that hopefully were satisfied with some equally great answers!

Next to take the limelight was Mark Saxby who delivered a great, interactive talk with a race against time! His presentation aimed to cover 10 ways social media can grow your business, with only 2 minutes on each point! Although some of his points were cut a tad short, he did get manage to throw an extra one in! So all in all, he succeeded! Just like the previous talk, the audience had some great questions to ask and Mark had all the answers.

Frogspark’s first event – Increasing online visibility
