The client

Chartwell are the UK’s leading super car brand bodyshop, with full structural approval from over 12 of the world’s leading supercar manufacturers from Bentley to Ferrari. They work off an ethos that embraces quality, care and excellence, therefore wanted a website that similarly reflected these prestigious values.

The challenge

The core aim for Chartwell’s new website was to show off Cartwell for who they really are within the industry, and fully showcase their true service offering. Whilst their old website showed off the high quality super cars they worked on, our job was to create a website that showed off what they do, the services they offer and the range of highly regarded manufacturers they work with in the industry.

The design

Much like the brand message Chartwell wish to portray, it was important the design was clean, unique, and most of all reflective of the core values of Chartwell. We really wanted to portray a luxury and high end feel- much like the cars that they work with. As well as creating a clean and visually pleasing site, it was key we developed a site that was fully mobile friendly and responsive across a range of devices. This means that the site is fully accessible by their target market, and so we can be confident the new site works towards their website goals.

The features

One of the most important features for this project was the gallery page we completely redesigned. Unlike the previous gallery, the images needed to show off Chartwell’s full service offering. Rather than just showing off the range of super cars in their full glory, images of the work being done on them was much more important.
