Repair My Meter Box is a family based company operating throughout Derby. Established in 2015, they offer a wide range of meter box repair solutions, and with meters now on the outside of properties, they found themselves wanting to give customers an opportunity to fix them themselves. They also pride themselves on their dedication to customer service and satisfaction. One of the stand out aspects of this business is that they will always strive to find a solution for their customers, even if they don’t have a product listed on their site.
This was not the first website that Repair My Meter Box have had, their old website was quite outdated and was no longer meeting their goals. Their key objective for this project was to have a site that would allow them to grow their business and reach more clients through an online capacity. We worked with Repair My Meter Box to create them a fresh and upgraded look, and also craft a fully functioning e-commerce store, something they hadn’t previously had.
Our main goals for the site was to make it simple to use and navigate, yet clean and engaging to look at. Something we like to think we’ve achieved! The user interface is simplistic and intuitive; the user knows where to navigate to find out more and where to look at the products they’re interested in. The homepage works to these guidelines also, telling users what Repair My Meter Box is about, showing off their key products, pointing them to helpful information and also, importantly, showing what their customers think about them through testimonials.
Similarly, the shop is built with simplicity in mind. It’s easy for website users to find the products they’re interested in, add them to their basket and then this is followed by a seamless checkout process. Doing so enables the site to maximise opportunities for driving conversions.
Repair My Meter Box now has a site that is up to date, and better reflects the quality of service they provide. Their website now has a fully functioning e-commerce store that is built with their target market in mind throughout. We can’t wait to see their business grow and hear about the increased enquiries and sales they have coming through.
