Wise Living provides high-quality, purpose-built family housing for the private rental market. Their aim is to revolutionise the private rental sector by challenging existing standards, creating and nurturing communities and, ultimately, driving better living standards for our tenants. With 2,000 new homes set to be delivered over the next three years, Wise Living is taking a lead in this growing market and needed a property website to support them in this venture.
With this WordPress website, it was really important that all timeframes were strictly met so that we could be sure that the site was perfect, ready for the launch! The website needed to be intuitive, fully functional, and most importantly ready to support the launch of Wise Living’s first set of properties. In order to meet these goals, we worked extremely closely with the SDL group so that content, design and development efforts could work in perfect harmony.
The design for this site was done with the target market in mind, in terms of aesthetics, functionality and usability. We wanted the overall look and feel of the site to have a homely, cosy and friendly feel that really represented what Wise Living stands for. We injected this throughout the site design through the use of warm and welcoming imagery, icons and colours.
One of the stand out features of the site is the map that sits on the locations page. It is a live map including the geographical location of the wise living sites, including listings and descriptions of each of the properties. This is simple for users to use, and provides them with all the key information they need to know about a listing.
