It’s been another successful financial year for Frogspark. Posting a 35% revenue growth and 118% profit growth between October 2018 to October 2019; which makes for six years of consecutive financial growth.
Managing Director Robert Twells said “We learnt a lot during this business year and internally made some changes which resulted in more efficient processes and therefore higher margins. We can clearly see this has worked well for the business as profits have seen a significant increase. We’re really proud of our reputation as an agency within the midlands and it was time to turn our attention to creating something sustainable. We believe we’ve laid all the foundations this year enabling us to scale rapidly without affecting the customer’s experience, or the quality of our output.”
2019 saw us work with some fantastic clients locally and nationally. We’re proud to have worked with businesses of all shapes and sizes, and even donating our services to a local charity.
Operations Manager Scott Clarke said “My focus has also been how we’re perceived as an agency. We’ve taken big leaps to solidify our reputation as an agency that really looks after their customers. Together with the rest of the team, we’ve carefully not only improved our skillsets but also improved how each and every one of us communicates during a project or campaign”.
As a business, our goal has always been to not just become a supplier to many businesses but to become long-term strategic marketing partners of theirs. This has created some fantastic relationships and opportunities for us this year.
