July 2018 Monthly Round-Up

We’re starting something new on our blog here at Frogspark, our monthly round-up. We’ve always got news to share, or an exciting project we’re working on and this is where we’re going to share it. Get up to date with all the Frogspark gossip (work and non-work related) below:

Frogspark Gossip

Dare we mention the World Cup? I think it’s safe to say that alike the majority of the country we all thought it was coming home… We had some great nights in some of the locals watching the match together, however. Better luck in the Euros (lets hope!). On a better note, a new sporting activity has started in the office. Out goes our ping pong table, and in has come the dart board. We’re still yet to decide who the current dart champion is in the office, maybe you’ll find out in August.

You might have seen across our social media profiles, we’ve been working on our ‘Room Of Vibes’ over the past couple of months. We wanted to create an area that the team could chill out in, get some quiet time play some PlayStation or get involved with darts. We couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out! What do you think?

Frogspark Website Changes

This month it wasn’t just the office we gave a fresh new look, we also updated our website with some new fancy menus, drop downs and pages. What do you think?

Event

July saw us host our third event since moving into our new offices in Darley Abbey earlier this year – and we couldn’t have been happier with how it went! It’s always great to see a collection of regular and new faces at each event we hold, so we hope to see you at our next event in a couple of months time. Project Launches

Moving onto the website side of Frogspark, we’ve been working on some exciting projects over the past few months and we’ve had the chance to share them with you this month.

We’ve launched websites for:
Cathedral Quarter
Future Proof Films
Flood Protection
Floor & Wall
Mrwhosetheboss

If you want to see what went on behind the scenes for each of these projects, you can over our ‘work’ page. A particular high point this month was working with the Cathedral Quarter, due to how highly regarded they are within the Derby area. Project Manager Scott commented on the project:

“It has been a pleasure to work with Ashley and Eve at Partnerships for Better Business Ltd on the brand new Cathedral Quarter Website.”

“Being a Derby based company with strong connections in the CQ area, we were very excited to be tasked with creating a new Website that would serve as the perfect platform for businesses to be able to promote their events and offers to the many visitors the area has every day. We hope the people that visit Derby use this site to easily and conveniently discover the many fantastic businesses that have so much to offer.”.

Launching successful projects for all our clients is the best part of the job, and makes it all worth it!
